When selecting eyeglasses or sunglasses at VisionSpecialists.org, it's helpful to know what size frame will fit you. You can find this information easily by looking at a pair of frames you may currently own, or by visiting a local optical store.

In the event you already have a pair of frames that you would like to purchase again or even find a pair of frames similar, you can quickly identify the designer name, model number, and frame size by simply looking on the inside of your eyeglass temples (arm pieces). Below you'll find a quick guide to helping you identify your eyeglasses.

Easy Frame Sizing Guide:

Use this handy guide to determine what Eye Size range best suits you. You can use this one measurement to pick out the perfect pair of frames!

STEP 1: What Eye Size Are You?

SMALL

40 mil. - 49 mil.
Perfect for slender or narrow faces.

MEDIUM

50 mil. - 55 mil.
A great fit for a face of average proportions.

LARGE

56 mil. and up
Larger sized to better fit larger faces.

STEP 2: Select Your Frame Size.
The other frame size elements are calculated automatically based on eyesize. When you find the pair of frames you want, simply choose the frame size containing the eye size number within your range (i.e. small, medium, or large.)
