Price Match Guarantee

At VisionSpecialists, we are committed to offering you the best value. If you discover an identical pair of eyeglass or sunglass frames at a lower price on another website, we will match that price, provided the style number and color are the same.

• Our Price Match Guarantee applies exclusively to frames. This means we will match the price of eyeglass frames or non-prescription sunglasses. Prescription lenses and contact lenses are excluded from this offer.
• Combining multiple discounts on a single order is not permitted. If you have already received a discount on lenses, the price match discount cannot be applied.
• We will honor the Price Match Guarantee up to 14 days after your purchase. If you find the frames at a lower price within two weeks of your order, please contact us for an evaluation.

How to Utilize the Price Match Guarantee:

• Add the desired frames to your shopping cart.
• During the checkout process, select "Add special comments for this item."
• Enter the URL of the page where you found the lower-priced item into the "Special Comments" box. Your credit card will not be charged until we have confirmed with you over the phone that your item qualifies for our Price Match Guarantee.

If you have already completed your purchase and find a lower price within 14 days, please contact us with your order number and the URL of the lower-priced item. Once we verify that the item meets our price match criteria, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Exclusions:

• Some manufacturers restrict price matching. Therefore, we cannot price match items from the following brands:

  • Lafont
  • Kaenon
  • Maui Jim
  • Zeal
• Promo codes and other discounts cannot be combined with the Price Match Guarantee. You may choose the discount that best suits your needs.
• The price-matched product must be identical in brand, color, size, and style, and must be sold by an authorized U.S. dealer. Websites such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, and other auction sites are not considered authorized dealers.
• Price matching applies only to eyeglass and sunglass frames. Prescription lenses and contact lenses are excluded.
